Aarow Signs was a small, established signwriting business based in Claremorris, County Mayo, which provided a wide range of economical sign solutions to local businesses in the surrounding area.
Supermac's is a fast food chain with franchises nationwide across Ireland. Aarow Signs was a supplier of custom signage solutions for the local Supermac's Ballindine franchise.
The initial brief to Zetagram* by the client was to attractively and cost-effectively enhance the appearance of Santa's Grotto (a wooden shed in the car park) located at Supermac's in Ballindine.
Building on the existing Supermacs brand, Zetagram sourced a range of editable vector illustrations which were recomposed to dress the grotto with bright and cheerful graphics of toys and christmas scenes.
In addition to this, roadside signage was also produced to promote the grotto using the same graphics and an enhanced Supermac's logo to match.
Due to the success of the design the following year Zetagram was asked to further develop the graphics to dress a sleigh of presents featured in-store, and a Santa's mailbox for children's letters.
